Sleeping 8 hours a day ?  Drinking water and green tea? Even exercise sometimes?  And still suffering from lack of energy ? Maybe you should change your breakfast routine. Here we have, three breakfast smoothies recipes that will boost your morning energy.

Coffee is not enough. Better try this nourishing banana – coffee – dairy free smoothie

Ingredients:

one banana

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

1 cup non dairy milk

2 espresso shots

honey to taste

Mix it well. Drink chilled. Coffee will keep you awaken. Banana calms your nerves and gives you required carbs. It also contains vitamin B6, C, potassium and manganese. Peanut butter is full of good fats. Just a perfect morning combo.

Green power. If you like starting day without coffee, and believe in power of green veggies.

Ingredients :

1 cup non dairy milk

1 frozen mango

Half avocado

½ cup of baby spinach

¼ od pumpkin seeds

 

Mix it well. If you like it more sour, just add a few drops of lemon. Mango contains a lot of vitamins C and A. Baby spinach is loaded in vitamin K. Pumpkin seeds are good source of protein, iron, zinc, manganese and potassium. Avocado is full of good fats, and keeps your skin fresh and young.

Tea time morning smoothie. Green tea, as a source of antioxidants can be a great base for smoothies.

Ingredients:

1 cup of freshly made green tea

Half of lemon

3 cm of ginger

1 cup of kale

Half banana

Honey

This green tea smoothie is full of vitamin C. Ginger helps cleansing your body and keeping it fit. Kale is low in calories, but rich in vitamins K, C, A and beta carotene. And honey… well honey is good for everything!
